This is especially important because the masseur can see what he is doing as he works. We dedicate a lot of time on how to identify the clitoris and how to effectively provide stimulation. 

There are several techniques used to stimulate the clitoris. Rubbing side to side, rubbing up and down, circles, and light finger pulses and four the main one. All of these are performed with your finger tips and it is very important to use a very light pressure since the clitoris is especially sensitive. Once these are mastered the women will turn face down which is a more challenging position because the masseur will no longer be able see the clitoris and will have to work strictly based off feel.

The same clitoral stimulation that is used face-up will also be use when the women in lying on her stomach.
